The main house’s more adventurous sibling, the games room features a billiards table (snooker and pool), large Jetmaster open fireplace, dartboard and Home Cinema with 75inch screen with integrated surround sound, perfect for movies and sport. A modern country meets a more playful scandi vibe, there is a low-slung velvet lounge and oversized blue neon cow. A must in any country house!

Bathed in natural light, The Master Bedroom features a stunning four-poster king sized bed with French doors which open up to the garden views. Guests enjoy a luxurious ensuite bathroom, accessed through the walk-in wardrobe, equipped with a large stone bath, custom built double vanity, and an indulgent shower nook for the ultimate experience.

This moody, romantic and beautifully designed room would be just at home in a luxe Parisian hotel. Stunning lights set off the pink and grey tones and you can cosy up with a book on the window seat or sink into the lush king sized bed. (This was the owners bravest design but is now a firm favourite!)

This fun, spacious room features 8 custom built bunk beds (six king singles and two single trundles) with reading lights, a large TV, coffee table and the boss bean bags. The perfect kids retreat, it is ideal for playing games, movie nights and timeout.

Facing North upstairs this room has the best views of the house down over the Burrawang treetops. Enjoy a King size rattan bed, en-suite bathroom, raked ceilings, dormer windows and early 19th Century George III writing table. The Deco-style wardrobe’s feature large round Carrara marble handles.

One of the best rooms in the house is outside, but stay warm with a feature recycled brick fireplace and heritage-style chimney stack. Fire up the integrated BBQ, bar fridge, sink and food preparation area, relax on the lounge suite and enjoy tunes from the quality outdoor Sonos audio. So sweet!

This space proves we can work and play at once. With stunning views through the floor to ceiling glass window, this is an inspiring place to work, draw or read. It features a 3.3m Carrara marble desk with Walter Knoll tan leather task chair and integrated Sonos sound. Happy workers here.

It gets seriously competitive on the pong deck. A paved area features a quality outdoor ping pong table and an outdoor shower for post swim cleans.

Burrawang House is set over an acre and there is plenty of grassy areas to run, play, and kick a ball. The flat area at the bottom of the property is perfect for a 5-a side football game.

Burrawang House is equipped with five beautifully appointed bathrooms. The Master and Room with a view enjoy en-suites, while Treetops is located next to a large family bathroom with an oversized stone bath.
